Tea Ceremony

These tea ceremonies are an invitation to slow down and to quiet the noise enough to notice what is already there, connecting us back to ourselves, and to the sweetness of silence, together. There is nothing to accomplish and nowhere else to be.

We gather around a master plant teacher, tea (or cha) allowing the simple rhythm of pouring, receiving, drinking, and breathing to bring us more fully into the moment.
